Planned and breakdown maintenance that keeps substations, transformers and battery storage plants available, under annual maintenance contracts or as individual jobs.
Overview
What we do
Maintenance is a large part of our work. We hold annual maintenance contracts, carry out hot-line (live-line) maintenance so equipment stays in service, and respond to breakdowns at substations and BESS plants, including maintenance work for NTPC.
Our site offices at Ghator (Phalodi), Gajner and Fatehgarh put crews close to the solar parks and storage plants of western Rajasthan, so they can reach site quickly.
We maintain what we install and what others have installed: switchyard equipment, power and auxiliary transformers, protection systems, SVGs and harmonic filters, and BESS cabling and terminations.

Maintenance & AMC FAQ
Do you take up annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. We take up AMCs for substations and BESS plants, as well as individual planned and breakdown maintenance jobs.
What is hot-line maintenance?
Hot-line, or live-line, maintenance is work carried out on equipment while it stays energised, so that the plant does not need a shutdown.
Do you maintain equipment installed by other contractors?
Yes. We maintain switchyard equipment, transformers, SVGs, harmonic filters and BESS plants regardless of who installed them.
