Erection of switchyard and control-room equipment for EHV and HV substations, including power transformer installation and replacement up to 125 MVA, for utilities, transmission companies and renewable developers.
Overview
What we do
We have erected and commissioned 400 kV and 220 kV grid substations for RVPNL and for Adani, and replaced power transformers of 100 and 125 MVA at renewable pooling substations.
Our crews, supervisors and tools are our own, including an oil filtration and vacuum plant for transformer work, so mobilisation does not depend on sub-contractors. As a Class-A electrical contractor certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 for substations up to 400 kV, we work to utility and owner's-engineer standards.
Every installation is followed by testing and commissioning by the same team, and many clients keep us on for maintenance.

EHV Substation Works FAQ
What voltage levels do you work on?
We work on substations up to 400 kV, and our ISO certificates cover supply, erection, repair, testing and commissioning of transmission lines and AIS substations up to 400 kV.
Do you replace power transformers?
Yes. We have replaced power transformers of 100 MVA and 125 MVA, including three 125 MVA units, for Hero Future Energies, Adani Green and Saurya Urja.
Do you work for EPC contractors?
Yes. We regularly work as the erection and commissioning partner for EPC contractors, either on item-rate BOQ or on a defined scope.
